I was here for 3 days and will be back. The breakfast was nice hot and delicious with fruit juice and tea or coffe, for instance and had something for everyone. The location was fab - so close to tram stop and train station, tram stop and train station local shops and winter gardens. Plus, main attraction such as North Shore was 2 km from this hotel.
